Hostile, abusive and bullying behaviors can occur in any setting where nurses practice, learn, teach and lead. This remains a significant issue for nurses throughout the state. Illinois Nurses Association’s Commission on Workforce Advocacy would like to provide an educational program at your facility that defines lateral violence and bullying, states the significance of the problem and suggests solutions for the nurse.
