The Ann Zimmerman Fellowship Program

The purpose of the Anne Zimmerman Fellowship is to promote excellence in leadership within the Illinois Nurses Association (INA).

The candidate for this fellowship shall:
    • Have current membership in INA
    • Have demonstrated leadership in the association at least at the district or local unit level;
    • Have demonstrated leadership in related nursing or community activities;
    • Aspire to greater leadership responsibility within the INA; and
    • Identify an issue, focus or interest area that contributes to the mission of INA and develop
        a project proposal.

Interested members may request an application beginning March 1, 2011. The chosen Fellow will be provided a honorarium/stipend to help fund the proposed fellowship project. Applications may be requested by sending an email to INF@illinoisnurses.com

The deadline for applications is June 1, 2011 at 11:59pm CST.
